By the end of this course you will be able to:

- Describe best practice for developing communication with parents and families
- Identify ways that babies and young children learn and how babies communicate
- List the aspect of the characteristics of effective learning.
You will also be given the opportunity to create a plan for development for your own setting based on what you have learnt.
