By the end of this course you will be able to:

• Describe best practice for developing communication with parents and families

• Recall the key areas of positive relationships in supporting children's development
• Select the key areas of the learning environment needed to support developmental stages for two-year-olds.

You will also be provided with a template to create a plan for development for your own setting based on what you have learnt.

• Recall the key aspects of scaffolding learning and supporting the zone of proximal development
